I bought this so people could get into my house. The light isn't good by my door. It was advertised as being easy to open, even in a dark. we found that we had to put my fingernail in a slit to get it to turn. Impossible in a dark, unresolved from a doorknob! Not everybody has fingernails to spin a dials with. The seller was great. Item arrived when betrothed with priority shipping. Too bad it doesn't work and is on the approach back. Thanks Amazon for creation this lapse so easy.
