I possess all 3 of these books away and when we saw they were gathered into one omnibus book we became utterly jealous. we wish this one had been accessible when we initial started reading Nicholson's work. THE RED CHURCH was my introduction to Nicholson and I've been a fan ever since. DRUMMER BOY is a follow-up to THE RED CHURCH and tells a story of a immature male perplexing to fit in. SPEED DATING WITH THE DEAD is a story of a ghost-hunting discussion that goes terribly wrong.
If we suffer stories that are well-written, chilling during times, and indeed concentration on a story rather than shock-value, afterwards check out Nicholson's work. His essay is windy and with these stories set in a plateau of North Carolina, we immediately fell in adore with them. This is a good bargain, 3 books for reduction than a cost of your normal mass-market paperback. Don't skip this collection!

Scott Nicholson is one of those authors whose novels we examination no matter what a genre or subject. He also has a knack for bundling his books into collections for only about each taste.
